The Niğde Archaeological Museum lies in the centre of Niğde, between Dışarı Cami Sokak and Öğretmenler Caddesi. It holds objects from sites in the surrounding area, including the tell of Köşk Höyük and the Graeco-Roman city of Tyana in the nearby town of Kemerhisar, with notable pieces such as the Niğde stele and a mummy. Affected by the 6 February 2023 earthquake, its building was closed and the museum remained shut as of 2024.
