The Abdulhakim Sanjak Mosque (also known as the ITU Mosque) is located on the Ayazağa Campus of Istanbul Technical University. It opened for worship on 7 September 2019 and was built over a total area of 11,500 square metres. Its minaret was made in the shape of a pencil, emphasising its place within a university.
