Abdülhamid Han Mosque was built in honour of the 34th Ottoman Sultan, Abdul Hamid II, and a sermon is delivered in his name there every Friday. Located on Mercimek Tepe in the Onikişubat district of Kahramanmaraş, it is the largest mosque in the city and the fourth largest in Turkey, with a capacity of 10,000.
