Above the door canopy of the apartment is a ceramic facing dated 1978 bearing the signature of the artist Oya Koçan, while inside, in the entrance hall, is a wall panel made with the sgraffito technique, also dated 1978, bearing the signature of her husband, the artist and founder of the Baksı Museum, Hüsamettin Koçan.
