Editor's Note
Members of Istanbul Regional Council No. 5 for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage decided to uncover the floor of the remains and carry out excavation work. The finds came to light after the building on the existing plot was demolished for urban renewal. The work is ongoing, and no dating has yet been made. After a three-year process to obtain the necessary permits and registration, construction of the apartment building is continuing, and the water structure will be preserved and displayed under glass.
