Editor's Note
This is one of the historic stations on the Istanbul-İzmit line built by the Ottoman administration in the late 19th century. It is the second stop after Haydarpaşa Station. This historic station was entirely cancelled as part of the Marmaray works, closed to service in 2013, and today operates as a restaurant-café. Kızıltoprak Station, 1929.
