Editor's Note
It was built by Şeyhülislam Arif Hikmet Bey to provide income for the library he had founded in Medina after 1854. The restoration carried out by Üsküdar Municipality was completed, and it opened as a community facility on 02.09.2023. Source: Üsküdar Through the Centuries, Mehmet Nermi Haskan, p. 971.
