Kadıköy Anatolian High School, commonly known as Kadıköy Maarif (KAL), is a high school in Moda, Istanbul, founded in 1955 as Kadıköy Maarif College with the aim of providing foreign-language education. Instruction is in Turkish and English, with German as a second foreign language. For its first ten years classes were held in a former Capuchin monastery building, and the school graduated its first students in the 1961-62 academic year. Set on a campus overlooking Kalamış and Moda, its students and alumni are nicknamed Martı (Seagull).
