Lycée Saint-Joseph is a private French-origin high school in Kadıköy, founded by the De La Salle Brothers (Frères des Écoles Chrétiennes), a congregation established by Saint Jean-Baptiste de la Salle that first came to Turkey in 1841. Classes are taught in Turkish, French, and English. The football club Fenerbahçe S.K. was formed by students of this school in 1907.
