Seza Apartmanı

Editor's Note

It stood in the Mühürdar district of Kadıköy. Designed by Sırrı Arif, it was built in 1933. It was a five-storey, reinforced-concrete-framed building containing five apartments, also incorporating glass in its construction. Its location was marked using photographs published in the journal Mimar and the Kadıköy-Mühürdar plate prepared by Pervititch in 1938. It is thought to be the building named the "Ü" apartment on the Pervititch map; it has not survived, and a new building called the Seba Apartment has been built on its site.
