Mirzazade Camii

Editor's Note

Built in AH 1143, this mosque stands in Sultantepe, at the junction of Servilik Avenue and Kirişçi Street, on the left corner of the street. It has doors opening onto both roads. The path leading to Kirişçi Street has become a narrow, stepped lane. To the right of the courtyard gate opening onto Servilik Avenue is a large vaulted ablution-tap basin, and to the left is the mosque. There is also a well here. On the right corner of the road opening onto Kirişçi Street, the mosque had three meşruta (clergy residence) buildings.
