Built jointly by the firms AHI-BAU Düsseldorf and İbrahim Yolal, the Haydarpaşa Silo of the Soil Products Office was the first project in Turkey to use the slip-form construction system. Built in 1958, it is the fourth silo. Source: www.kentvedemiryolu.com, Tugay Kartal.
