Editor's Note
Construction: AH 1327 / AD 1909. On its semicircular inscription, beneath the tughra of Mehmed V, the following lines can be read: This is a charitable work of the late Dürriaden Kadın Efendi, the honored mother of Necmeddin Efendi, the imperial son of His Excellency Sultan Mehmed Han V, the constitution-loving sovereign. (1327)
