The transcription of Mehmed Ağa's gravestone was made on 14 January 2026 by Mr. Furkan Yiğit Gürleyik and Mr. Muhammet Erdi Gökyar. It reads: He is the Eternal Creator. Grant me forgiveness, O Lord God; for the sake of the supreme Throne and the light of the Quran. May brethren come and visit my grave and bestow a Fatiha upon my soul. For the soul of the late and pardoned, given to the mercy of his forgiving Lord, Mehmed Halil Ağa, formerly Ağa of Anadolu Kavağı, a Fatiha. Year 1222 (1807).
