Editor's Note
This is the residence that Bruno Taut (Bruno Julius Florian) had built for himself in 1938, drawing inspiration from pagoda architecture on his return from Japan, where he had stayed for three and a half years. It lies within the grove of the Ortaköy Emin Foundation.
