In the second volume of his book on Beylerbeyi, under the heading "Nevruz Lodge," Mehmet Hatemi Rebii Baraz gives the following information: "It stands in a ruined state where Havuzbaşı Deresi Street is in Beylerbeyi. Because many sections of the lodge have collapsed and fallen in, it could not be entered and its plan could not be drawn."
