Editor's Note
This fountain, located on Tekke Altı Street next to the Kadıköy-Merdivenköy Bektashi Lodge (Şahkulu Sultan Cemevi), has a wide, low facade of cut stone that slopes down on both sides. A decorated mirror stone is set at the center, at the highest point of the facade. The water that once flowed from three separate spouts into the long trough suited for watering animals no longer runs today. Although it is clearly an old structure, it bears no inscription or date. www.suvakfi.org.tr
