This is a three-storey mansion set over a basement. Renovated in 2023, the mansion was bought in the early 1900s by Kılıç Ali, a comrade-in-arms of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk; after settling in Istanbul, he lived here with his family for a time. (Yeniçağ Gazetesi, 18.05.2008, Altemur Kılıç) Today it serves as a school.
