Editor's Note
This is the best-preserved mansion on Bağdat Avenue. It has been used by Vakko since 1996. There was once a vineyard beside the mansion, and in 1936 Dr. İhsan Sami Garan Bey bought that vineyard and built himself a house next to this mansion. The house has not survived to the present day.
