Editor's Note
This burial ground within the Ayaspaşa Cemetery now lies inside the grounds of the German Consulate. On the cemetery covering part of the land sold to the German Empire in 1874, only the graves of Silahtar Ali Ağa and his family were preserved, by agreement.
