Editor's Note
This basement-plus-five-storey apartment building appears as the Talat Bey Apartments on the 1926 Pervititch Insurance Map. Its top floor is a later addition. The date 1893 can be read on the medallion within the triangular pediment of the first floor's bay window. Today it has been converted into a hotel.
