Editor's Note
The patisserie, founded in 1950 by Mr Koço, was taken over by Erol Beri in 1960 and by Mordo Levi in 1964. In 1978 it was acquired by its present owner, Mahmut Taşçıoğlu, and in 1989 it moved to its current location on Sıraselviler Avenue. The patisserie has become a classic, especially for its mille-feuille and wafers.
