Editor's Note
This is an antique shop on the ground floor of the apartment building designed by Alexandre D. Neocosmos Yenidunia and C. P. Kyriakides for the Italian Ravouna family, completed in 1906, and specially designed for the same family. After the Ravounas left the building, the shop served as a bookstore, an accessory and jewellery shop, and a bar, and today it is used by a chain coffee-and-dessert brand. Its original wooden cabinetry, furnishings and fittings, as well as the shop's overall appearance, were designed by the architect Yenidunia.
