In 2013, with the support of the İMÇ administration and the Fatih Municipality, the Kültür Bilincini Geliştirme Vakfı (Foundation for Developing Cultural Awareness) completed the restoration and conservation of Kuzgun Acar's sculpture "Birds" - which hangs on the exterior façade of İMÇ Block 1 and has become the symbol of the market - and returned it to its place. The market holds a total of nine artworks by eight artists: in Block 1, Kuzgun Acar's "Birds" sculpture, Füreya Koral's ceramic panel, Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu's mosaic panel, and Eren Eyüboğlu's mosaic panel; in Block 2, Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu's "Istanbul" mosaic panel.
