The lodge on Yeşil Tekke Street in the İskenderpaşa neighborhood was built in 1160 AH / 1747-48 CE by Hafız Mustafa Efendi, sheikh of Ordu, on land he had purchased. The grave of Mustafa Efendi, who was a Cerrahi sheikh, is in the cemetery of the Fatih Mosque. The lodge burned down in 1903 or 1904, and government offices were later built on its long-vacant land.
