It stood on Otlukçu Slope, which links Darüşşafaka and Haliç Avenues in Fatih, on the right-hand side going downhill and next to the Mislî Ali Efendi Medrese. It is established that it fell into ruin together with its outbuildings in 1914 and became a vacant lot after the fire of 13 June 1918.
