Some notable figures buried in the cemetery: Among the graves on the roadside of the mosque are those of Şevki Efendi of the esteemed professors (with a turban-topped headstone), Muhammedzade Said Efendi, İbrahim Efendi, Halil Efendi, and Yahya Efendi. The graves in the mosque courtyard (their graves were originally on the roadside and were later moved into the courtyard) are those of Seyyid Hüseyin Efendi, Said Efendi, and Muhammed Efendi.
