Editor's Note
It was built for herself by Şah-ı Huban Hatun, one of the consorts of Sultan Murad III, who commissioned it from Mimar Sinan. It is used today as a student dormitory. Constructed of cut stone, the single-storey, rectangular-plan school building consists of two rooms. The rooms are covered with domes. Except for the southern façade facing the courtyard, the windows surrounding the building on the outside are placed symmetrically.
