Lieutenant General Süreyya Pasha İlmen (10 April 1874, Podgorica - 6 February 1955, Istanbul) was a Turkish soldier, politician, and businessman. After graduating from the Military Academy, he worked for a long time at the General Staff as a staff officer. He became a general at a young age. Following the proclamation of the Second Constitutional Era, he produced publications on military matters. He played a role in introducing aviation into the army. While serving as a division commander, he left the military and went into business in Istanbul, founding and running a textile factory (the Adalet Textile Factory) as well as a cinema and opera building. He also undertook various sporting projects (the founding of the Adalet Sports Club) and charitable initiatives.
