This is a large historic apartment building of six floors above a basement, located on Halaskargazi Avenue, with a lively pilaster-ornamented facade. It can be seen on sheet no. 3 of the 1925 Pervititch Insurance Map. The building was severely damaged in the bombing attack of 10 September 1999.
