The building in the image is where İhsan Raif Hanım lived, our first woman poet and composer to write verse in syllabic meter. The mansion is located on Rumeli Avenue in Nişantaşı. İhsan Raif Hanım is the author of the song "Kimseye Etmem Şikayet," performed by Müzeyyen Senar. This mansion was a place frequently visited by famous figures such as the poet Nigar and Yahya Kemal. It is also worth noting that the street directly behind the building is named "Şair Nigar Street."
