Located at the junction of Cumhuriyet Caddesi and Elmadağ Caddesi, this building was constructed in 1906 by the architects Anna and Harutyun Çamçıyan. Built in the Art Nouveau style, it consists of a basement, a ground floor and five upper floors. Its façades feature bay windows and stone reliefs with floral motifs. Over its history the building has served many different functions, including a foundation building, a consulate, a warehouse and a hospital. The lift inside is not original but was added later. The building's inscription is set into the wall of the entrance hall.
