AYA FANURIOS GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH People come to this church on Teşrifatçı Sokak in Dolapdere for all kinds of troubles, from work and health to good fortune and illness. From the outside it looks like a small house. A liturgy is held just once a year, during the summer months. The church is open to visitors every Monday from 9:00 to 13:00. On Mondays, cakes are baked for those making wishes; visitors eat a piece of cake and make their wish. www.hurriyet.com.tr
