Editor's Note
In this apartment building, designed by the architect Arif Hikmet Koyunoğlu, lived Deniz Kızı Eftalya, one of the famous voices of her era. The building, which has a cast-iron lyre symbol on its main entrance door, was converted into a hotel after undergoing various restorations.
