Editor's Note

It stands on Fethi Çelebi Street, beside the ring road in Eyüp. The fountain is built of finely cut stone. In the form of a public square fountain, it is a very plain structure of küfeki limestone. On its façade, within a low arch resembling a doorway, there is an inscription set above a simple spout panel.
