Editor's Note
Yedikule station is a railway station in the Yedikule neighborhood of southwest Fatih, on the European side of Istanbul. Located 7.46 km from Sirkeci Terminal, it long served the İstanbul-Halkalı suburban line, which was abandoned when Marmaray opened. The Yedikule Electric Train Depot stood right next to the station but was closed down in the early 2000s. The station was rebuilt and reopened on 26 February 2024 as part of the T6 Sirkeci-Kazlıçeşme Tramway Line.
