The monumental tomb was built in two and a half months. The monument's structural calculations were prepared by Prof. Yalman Odabaşı, its architectural design by architect Yılmaz Şanlı, and its production drawings by architect Mehmet Ali Demirel of 4M Mimarlık Ltd. Şti.
