It stands on Alemdağı, the mountain to which it gives its name, high up on the slopes facing the village. This open tomb, on the left side of the Alemdağı-Şile road, lies within a military zone today and is therefore very well kept. To reach the tomb, get off at the Kışla bus stop and follow the paved road ahead of you. There is a grocery shop at each end of the road. After walking about forty minutes you arrive. Another route passes through Alemdağı village: after getting off the bus in the center of Alemdağı, turn onto the road on the left. A little further on, on the left, stands a new mosque built in 1972.
