This is the pavilion of the journalist and writer Ahmet Ihsan Tokgoz, owner of the magazine and printing house Servet-i Funun. During the uprisings of the 31 March Incident in 1909, he allocated his pavilion to Mahmut Sevket Pasha, commander of the Action Army, who had come to Ayastefanos in Istanbul.
