The building on Panorama Hill was constructed in the late 19th century. It stands on a lengthwise rectangular plot running north-south. It has two storeys. The building material is entirely wood, with bagdadi (lath-and-plaster) walls visible. Its roof is a four-sided hipped roof. The hotel has three entrances, on the north, south and west. Adjoining the north facade are outbuildings, where stone was used. As the south facade is the entrance front, it was kept more ornate than the others.
