Location: In İnebolu district, in the Yukarı Hatipbağı neighborhood on Su Yolu Street, adjoining the southeast courtyard wall of the private building numbered 10. Inscription and History: Although some sources state that 20 years ago the fountain had matching, identically dated inscriptions on both its east and west facades (see Çerkez, 2005: 159), our examinations found that the inscription on the east facade has not survived. The inscription on the west facade, on the fountain's backplate within an ogee-arch form, is written as a single column of three lines inside a rectangular cartouche.
