Located on Meserburnu Avenue across from the Sariyer Ferry Pier, this mansion has a wide facade in a lively Art Nouveau style. The first of its two entrance doors, corniced and latticed above, rises up to the top of the first floor. The second door, set apart on the right side, was built as a service and servants' entrance. With its latticed rectangular windows and Art Nouveau-capped windows, an elliptical bay window followed by a recessed balcony, the building has an elliptical roof with wide eaves.
