Editor's Note
Located on Misir Avenue, this Art Nouveau mansion has two storeys and consists of 12 rooms and 3 halls. It was built in the early 20th century by Mehmed Memduh Pasha, who served as Minister of the Interior during the reign of Abdulhamid II. Registered under protection number 75 in 1971 by the Council for Immovable Antiquities and Monuments, the mansion passed from Memduh Pasha's heirs successively to Sinasi Bilgin, the Anatolian Bank, Suudi Gurel, then the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China, and today to NAB Holding.
