Located on Koybasi Avenue, this three-storey wooden mansion has a square plan, a symmetrical angled front facade with columned balconies, and a wrought-iron balcony on twin consoles at the center, having departed from its Art Nouveau character. In 1950 the garden-set mansion had a cistern and a windmill. The building belonged to Kimon Palamidis Evyanidis. (Although the sources record the mansion's name as the Kimon Palamidis Evyanidis Mansion, it appears that Kimon Palamidis and Evyanidis were either different people or two different members of the same family.)
