It stood at the corner of Arpacı Ali Street and Tekke Street in Yeniköy. It was built in the early 17th century by the Grand Admiral and Grand Vizier Güzelce Ali Pasha (d. 1621). After the mosque was destroyed by a fire, it was rebuilt. It is a structure with masonry walls, a brick minaret, a timber roof, and an alaturka tile covering. 1) Its founder was the great Grand Vizier Çelebi Ali Pasha. He is buried in the tomb near the noble mausoleum of Yahya Efendi of Beşiktaş.
