Editor's Note
Date of construction: AH 1318–1319 / AD 1900–1901. Its inscription reads: This is the endowment of Hacı Bayram the Captain of Rize, a doer of good and charitable works. For his soul and for the pleasure of Almighty Allah, recite the Fatiha.
