Editor's Note
Its inscriptions read: "This time it has been newly rebuilt by benefactors," "And their Lord gave them a pure drink to drink," "And We made every living thing from water," and "The water channels were newly constructed this time by the benefactor Kavkâf Hacı Trandil Şemi-Nûr Hanım." The year of construction is 1767. It once stood on a stepped base. Road fill has covered the steps. Its water came from the water dams in the Belgrade Forest.
