Editor's Note
It stands in Duruca Village, north of the town of Taşköprü and 8 km from the center, about 10 m southwest of the Duruca Village Mosque (17th century). The fountain, which bears no inscription, was registered as an "Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection" by the Ankara No. 1 Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, under Decision No. 1878 dated 6 November 2014. Built of cut stone as a freestanding, single-faced street fountain with a reservoir and a tangent arch, its upper section has now collapsed entirely, leaving it in a state where its original typology can no longer be determined.
