The building rises two storeys above a basement. It is constructed with brick infill between the framing. Owing to the slope, the front façade reads as a single storey above ground level. The floor of the first storey is built of fill stone. The upper part of the first storey is half plastered and half clad in sheet metal. Adjoining the front façade is a single-room reinforced-concrete structure built in recent times. On the front façade there is one horizontal, rectangular timber window with a 1/2 proportion. The rear façade rises two storeys above ground level.
