Located in Kıyıköy, in the Vize district of Kırklareli province (block 243, parcel 5), this building was constructed as ground floor plus one storey. The property was found to rest on a rectangular plan, with the upper floor and ground floor connected by timber framing. Adobe, timber and brick were used in its construction. The upper façade is supported by a timber framework with adobe infill, while the lower floor uses solid brick masonry. PVC frames have been fitted to the window and door openings of the lower floor.
